The expansion project for the hotel began in 2015, as part of the continuous improvement in different areas such as the Barracuda Beach Bar, Overwater Bungalows, the expansion of the Master Suites in the central building, among others.

The project and the operation are based on the initiative of expanding the hotel's services without sacrificing the guests' stay.

For the requirements and needs of the project, high quality and speed were key, for this reason the projects were developed in parallel while structural aluminum systems, nautical panels and mostly prefabricated products were implemented. Achieving considerable savings in its execution times. The interior design, furniture, lighting, landscape among others were of vital importance to enhance the stilt houses project.
