The project, redistribution and design of the architectural spaces was developed, for the landscape and interior design of the residence, which consists of green areas, swimming pool, pit fire, cabin, tennis court, garage, motor lobby, living room , movie theater, dining room, breakfast room, bar, kitchen, cellars, laundry room, gym, study, double height lobby, indoor pond, master bedroom with movie theater, men's and women's bathrooms, jacuzzi, vanity, walking closet and private study. Also, on the 1st floor there are two secondary bedrooms and a guest bedroom, all with a terrace and complete. On the 2N ground floor  there is the use of a viewpoint and a recreation area with a view of the extensive vegetation that surrounds the residential area.

 

The design style for the residence is based on a modern, but elegant design with classic touches both in its architecture and in its material palette and is contrasted with furniture and lighting that accentuate each of the spaces.
