Proudly Mexican project. Designers, engineering and builders, characterize the technical and creative capacity to face challenges and develop this iconic project, as the complexity, the most high-performance architecture, structure, facilities and the integration of expert professionals in different areas allowed us to develop the project with high-performance technological processes, going from the sketch, CAD, BIM, VR and ArchVIZ to obtain the construction plans and the pre-construction model.

 

The priority was to preserve the shape of the building in parallel with function; Inside the tower, 131 private luxury units were developed on 20 levels, two parking levels, a family pool on the first level, a flown pool on level 11, as well as amenities such as lobby, kids workshop, event room, business center, spa and gym on the first 4 levels. The complex has 6 mansions, a lake, bio pools, a paddle court, a marina and a dry marina.
