The tower has nautical concept with an avant-garde and modern design line to the given surroundings, it is intended to enhance the corporate image and offer an iconic building on Kukulcán Boulevard with landscape views to the Caribbean Sea on the main facade; to the Nichupté lagoon system on the rear façade and to one side the Pok Ta Pok golf course.
